| Abstract: | The public data and trends of heavy metal contamination in food for nearly a decade of The EU Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed(RASFF)were analyzed.The four common kinds of heavy metal contamination in food about mercury,cadmium,lead and arsenic of EU for 2008~2010 and EU risk early warning measures were studied.As the heavy metal pollution has been one of the main food contaminations in China,therefore,drawing on the EU concept of risk early warning of heavy metals and early warning strategies,will help... |
