钛柱撑膨润土工艺条件研究

摘    要:采用碱式sol-gel法合成了TiO2柱撑膨润土(TiO2-Na-MMT)。通过正交实验表明,影响硫酸钛碱式溶胶法柱撑膨润土的因素的影响顺序为:焙烧温度>矿浆浓度>水浴温度>搅拌时间>搅拌速度。通过单因素实验、XRD、SEM和EDS综合的研究了水浴温度对柱撑效果的影响,70℃的水浴温度为最佳温度,在衍射角2θ为26.542°时,层间距很大的比例由1.70 nm打开到3.35 nm;在EDS分析中,钛含量的质量百分比为8.86%的整体插入量和21.30%的层间插入量;在光催化降解甲基橙实验中,甲基橙降解率为80.60%。

Abstract:TiO2 pillared bentonite was synthesized by sol-gel method.The influence sequence of experimental condition is as follows:calcinations temperature >pulp concentration>water-bath temperature>stirring time>stirring rate.The effect of water-bath temperature on pillared bentonite was studied by single factor experiment,XRD,SEM and EDS.The best water-bath temperature is 70 ℃.When the diffraction angle 2θ was 26.542°,the interlayer distance increased from 1.70 nm to 3.35 nm.By the EDS analysis,the weight percentage of Ti are 8.86% in total and 21.30% of interlayer in the photocatalytic degradation of MO experiments,the degradation rate of MO is 80.60%.
