| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了φ0.20mm及φ0.30mm铜合金电极线研制的工艺路线。该电极线在DWC-110G型、EC3040型及LXE50型等进口慢速走丝线切割机床上实际切割性能达到日本进口丝水平。讨论了解决线材抗拉强度和平直度的途径。

| Abstract: | An introduction is given to the technological flow on the preparation of eleefrode made of 0.20 mm and 0.30 mm Copper wire. The actral cutting property of the electrod wire used in the slow-speed cutting machine such as DWC-ll0G, EC 3040 and LXES0, Comes at the Japanese products. The ways for reducing tensile strength and keeping wire's flatness are discussed. |
