摘    要:介绍了一种在太空空间特殊环境下应用的栅丝型薄膜铂电阻表面温度传感器,详细阐述了传感器的设计方法和制造工艺.结合大量的性能测试和环境试验结果,对可能存在的测量误差进行了分析.试验结果表明,该传感器能够在特殊的太空空间环境条件下,完成卫星电池表面温度的长期且较为精确的测量.

Abstract:A type of grating thin film platinum resistance surface temperature sensor used in special space environment is introduced in this paper with detailed design methods and manufacturing technology.Combined with experimental results,the errors in the experiment isanalysed.The results of experiment showed that,this type of temperature sensor can accomplish long time accurate measurement of satellite battery surface temperature in special space environment
