| 摘 要： | 正为积极响应国家《造纸工业发展"十二五"规划》中提出的控制规模总量、年均增长4.6%的目标,山东省结合自己的省情,制定了《山东省造纸工业"十二五"发展规划》,提出年均增长4.7%的目标,以优化提升纸业结构,加快造纸强省建设。

| Abstract: | In order to actively respond to the call of controlling the total scale and achieving the goal of 4.6 percent annual growth rate presented by 12th five-year plan for paper industry development,Shandong has made and released 12th five-year plan for Shandong paper industry development,in which a target of 4.7 percent of annual growth rate was proposed to promote the industrial structure update and quicken the construction of a powerful province in paper industry,combined with the actual conditions in Shandong. |
