建筑工程施工绩效管理的研究与应用

随着建筑业的发展,建筑工程项目绩效分析日益受到重视,绩效分析的过程与结论直接影响整体工程建设的成效。文章针对建筑工程施工绩效评价指标具有模糊性,而评价指标可以按重要性分层的特点,运用模糊综判法建立多目标矩阵,对建筑工程施工绩效进行评价,并对评价结果进行量化,提高了评价的科学性与实用性。

Research and Application of Performance Management in Construction Engineering

With the construction industry,construction projects more and more attention performance analysis,performance analysis process and conclusions directly affect the overall effectiveness of the construction.In this paper,building construction performance evaluation is fuzzy,and the importance of evaluation can be stratified according to the characteristics,the use of fuzzy integrated multi-objective method to establish sub-matrix construction of the building performance evaluation,and quantitative evaluation results to improve the evaluation of scientific and practical.
