| 摘 要： | 档案MIS软件的开发,是学校信息化建设的重要组成部分,是引用网络技术和情报检索技术,结合档案"卷改件"整理要求的产物。从系统的总体设计、工作流程、模块设计和数据库表设计入手,详尽地介绍了档案MIS软件的设计思路和过程,从使用效果的分析入手,介绍了本系统强大的管理功能。本系统的开发使用能为我国档案信息化建设起到了"引玉之石"的作用。

The designing thought and process are introduced based on system design, working process, module design and database table design. The management functions of this system are analyzed. |
