精梳棉/Modal/珍珠纤维混纺紧密赛络纱的开发

摘    要:为顺利纺制14.7tex精梳棉/Modal/珍珠纤维(50/30/20)混纺紧密赛络纱,并条采用三道并合,以确保混和均匀;粗纱采用轻定量,偏大捻系数;细纱采用紧密赛络纺纱工艺,配置合适的钢领、钢丝圈,并控制车间温湿度,以保证生产稳定。通过粗纱、细纱等工序的合理配置,有效减少了纱线毛羽,提高了纱线强度,最终成纱质量优良。

Abstract:In order to spin 14.7 tex JC/Modal/pearl fiber of 50/30/20 blended compact siro yarn successfully, finisher drawing was used three units to ensure mixed evenness; roving was used light quantitative and the twist factor was large mastered; spinning was used compact siro-spinning yarn technology and configuration suitable of the ring and traveler, and controlled the temperature and humidity well in the workshop to ensure the production stable. Through the process reasonable allocation such as roving, spinning, yarn hairiness was reduced effectively and the strength of yarn was improved, and finally the yarn quality was good.
