摘    要:介绍了三维测量技术的两种方法:接触式和非接触式测量,总结了各自的优缺点.分析了Faro便携式测量系统的硬件组成和具有的优点,阐述了 Faro测量系统的几何接触测量和3D曲面非接触测量两种功能,并以某一机械零件为例,进行了实践与应用,实现了机械零件的快速建模.

Abstract:Two kinds of technologies used for 3D measurement are introduced respectively, including the traits. The hardware components are analyzed, as well as the advantages of Faro portable measuring system is summarized. Two functions of the system are expatiated, which are the geometry contact measurement and 3D non-contact measurement. An example is given to achieve the rapid modeling of mechanical parts by applying the system.
