高强度螺栓与焊缝并用接头抗剪承载力的有限元分析

摘    要:通过对不同焊脚尺寸的侧面角焊缝与不同直径高强度螺栓之间并用连接的有限元模型研究,并考虑到不同螺栓数目或布置方式对并用连接承载力的影响,确定了高强度螺栓和侧面角焊缝之间合理的构造匹配方式。通过分析,绘出各连接情况下并用连接节点的荷载-变形曲线,研究探索高强度螺栓和焊缝的协同工作能力,以及影响栓焊并用连接承载力的因素。确定高强度螺栓和侧面角焊缝分别对并用连接节点承载力的贡献,给出承载力的计算公式,提出设计建议。

Abstract:Through the establishment of model joints that combine slip critical high-strength bolts with different diameters and related to different fillet weld leg sizes, and considering the effects on the bearing capacity by different number and different layouts of the bolts, the reasonable matches between the high-strength bolts and the side fillet welds in combined joints are determined.It is established the load-deformation characters of the combined joints, and also researched factors that influence the carrying capacity.The way in which these individual elements interact with each other and how much resistance each contributes to the connections can be determined. A formula of the bearing capacity is given and design advice is put forward.
