摘    要:在萍钢安源分公司炼钢厂不停产的状态下,对原有钢结构厂房进行“扩距增高”技术改造,以便新增3号连铸和一套60 t转炉系统,实现利用原有厂房资源,达到设备升级换代,扩大产能,企业跨越式发展的目的.在厂房拆除改造施工中,采取多项有效技术措施,既保证了生产的合理运行、减少损失,又确保了施工安全、顺利进行.

Abstract:The steel plant of Anyuan Branch Company of Pingxiang Steel, without stopping production, has conducted technological reconstruction of "expanding distance and elevating height" on its old steel-structure plant building, to which No.3 continuous caster and a 60 t converter system are added and old building resources are used, the purpose of which is to upgrade its equipments, expand its productive capability and achieve the company’s leap-forward developing goal. In the process of demolishing and reconstructing, many effective technologies and methods have been adopted to ensure a soundly-operated and loss-reducing production and a safe and successful construction.
