萍钢炼钢厂房拆除改造技术

在萍钢安源分公司炼钢厂不停产的状态下,对原有钢结构厂房进行“扩距增高”技术改造,以便新增3号连铸和一套60 t转炉系统,实现利用原有厂房资源,达到设备升级换代,扩大产能,企业跨越式发展的目的.在厂房拆除改造施工中,采取多项有效技术措施,既保证了生产的合理运行、减少损失,又确保了施工安全、顺利进行.

DEMOLITION AND RECONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES OF PINGXIANG STEEL PLANT BUILDINGS

The steel plant of Anyuan Branch Company of Pingxiang Steel, without stopping production, has conducted technological reconstruction of "expanding distance and elevating height" on its old steel-structure plant building, to which No.3 continuous caster and a 60 t converter system are added and old building resources are used, the purpose of which is to upgrade its equipments, expand its productive capability and achieve the company’s leap-forward developing goal. In the process of demolishing and reconstructing, many effective technologies and methods have been adopted to ensure a soundly-operated and loss-reducing production and a safe and successful construction.
