摘    要:表面无立方相层梯度硬质合金是一种非常好的涂层刀具基体材料,近年来越来越受到重视。本文主要研究了Ti添加方式对于表面无立方相层梯度硬质合金的影响。研究发现,相对于添加TiN、TiC,添加TiCN得到的表面无立方相层梯度硬质合金综合性能更好。

Abstract:The functionally graded cemented carbides with cubic carbide free layer is a kind of good substrate material for coating tool. So they were paled more and more attention in recent years. This paper researched the effect of the method of adding Ti on the functionally graded cemented carbides with cubic carbide free layer. It was found that adding TiCN was better than adding TiN and TiC.
