摘    要:对长链烷烃脱氢催化剂失活的原因进行了分析,认为其表面积炭是导致催化剂性能衰退的主要因素。采用程控烧炭技术,严格控制氧含量、烧炭温度及升温速度,可使再生后的催化剂活性达到新鲜催化剂的水平。同时对相关的再生处理技术工艺进展进行了综述。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the factors that cause the loss of activity of the catalyst for long-chain paraffin dehydrogenation, it can be concluded that carbon deposition is one of the principal factors. That account for the deactivation of the catalysts and the activity of the spent catalyst can be recovered almost to the level comparable to that of the fresh catalyst through the carbon burning-off regeneration technology, in which the O_2 content, the burning-off temperatures and the rate of heating must be seriously controlled. Also, the main progresses on the related regeneration technologies were reviewed in this paper.
