高浓度树脂生产废水处理工艺的设计

摘    要:对某公司树脂生产废水的处理进行了试验研究,该废水的CODCr接近150 000 mg/L.经过小试确定了该废水的处理方案.首先采用物化预处理即两级催化氧化法降解废水中的有毒有害物质,提高废水的可生化性,接着用微电解法初步降低废水的CODCr,最后用UASB A/0进一步降低其CODCr,使废水CODCr小于500 mg/L达标排放.

Abstract:The treatment of highly concentrated resin wastewater in a company has been studied.The CODCr of the wastewater is near 150 000 mg/L.Based on the pilot experiments,the wastewater treatment process has been confirmed.Firstly,the physicochemical pretreatment,i.e.degrading the poisonous and harmful materials in the wastewater by two-stage catalytic oxidation and increase the biochemistry capacity of the wastewater.Then,micro-electrolysis technique is used to lower the CODCr of the wastewater.At last UASB + A/O are used to further lower the CODCr of the wastewater to less than 500 mg/L,which has reached the discharge standard.
