摘    要:针对传统油页岩炼制工艺存在的油回收率低、环境污染较重等缺点,开发了一种新型页岩油干馏回收工艺。新工艺采用新型间冷塔、新型电捕焦油器、装有填料的油吸收塔、机械化油水澄清槽。采用新工艺生产后,页岩油回收率达80%,接近世界先进水平,每年可节水24万t、减少蒸气耗量24万t,实现了节能减排。

Abstract:A new dry-distillation recovery technique of oil shale has been proposed to overcome the flaws exist-ing in the traditional oil shale refining process: low recovery rate and severe environmental pollution. The new technique adopts new-type indirect cooling tower, new-type electrical tar precipitator, oil absorption tower with filler and mechanical oil-water separating tank. The testing result shows that the recovery rate has been raised up to 80%, which is close to the world advanced level, achieving the goal of energy saving and emission re-duction with water saving of 240, 000 tons and stream reducing of 240, 000 tons every year.
