| 摘 要： | 介绍了电力电子器件参数辨识系统的基本思想,给出了以JNI为接口,基于GPIB的微机与程控数字存储示波器间自动采集系统的软、硬件实施方案,得到了预期的功率二极管反向恢复波形。
