茶多酚的生物活性及其作用机制研究进展

摘    要:为了让茶多酚更好地造福于人类,综述了茶多酚抗氧化及清除自由基、降血压、增强微血管强韧性、降血脂、预防肝脏及冠状动脉粥样硬化、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗菌抗病毒、免疫调节、抗衰老和降血糖等的作用,认为茶多酚作为茶叶中的主要功能因子,其广泛的生物活性在预防与治疗人体多种疾病方面将起到重大作用。

Abstract:Tea polyphenol does great benefits to human being because of its various functions, such as anti - oxidation, scavenging free radicals, lowering blood pressure, enhancing the strength of microvessel, reducing blood lipid, prevention of liver cirrhosis and coronary atherosclerosis, antitumor effect, radio - protective effect, antibacterial and antiviral effect, immune - regulation, anti - aging effect, hypoglycemie effect etc. Tea polyphenol is universally considered as the major functional factor of tea, whose wide biological activity can play a vital role in the prevention and treatment of human being's diseases.
