| 摘 要： | 通过附膜工艺设计，采用了6种附膜方式，运用绣缝工艺和皱缩成型工艺得到6组试样．根据实验试样的感官评价，得出了绣缝针距的大小与热缩膜肌理纹样清晰度之间存在明显的相关性：在实验的针距范围内，绣缝针距越小，线性的纹样效果越明显．皱缩的细腻度越好.

| Abstract: | Six different methods of PVC heat shrinking film fillings as well as stitching process and shrinking process are applied to make six groups of samples. Sensory evaluation shows that the surface patterns of the samples are closely related with the methods of film filling and the stitch length. It is possible to obtain the clear features of the line design and exquisite crinkle on the fabric surface by reducing the stitch length. |
