| 摘 要： | 寝室文化是校园文化的基础,学习型寝室文化是寝室文化主流。在当今学习型社会大环境下进行高职院校学习型寝室文化建设,将有利于促成高职人才培养目标的实现。本文阐述了高职院校学习型寝室文化的内涵,在分析目前高职院校学习型寝室文化建设存在问题的基础上,探讨了高职院校学习型寝室文化创建的应对策略。
