| 摘 要： | 往食品中添加食品以外物质的做法,几乎与人类文明史同样长久。不论人们持何种观点都无法阻挠食品添加剂已经成为现代食品工业的一大支柱的事实,它与食品加工几乎形影不离。同时,食品添加剂也可用于制造失真和伪劣的商品,滥用食品添加剂将危及人类的安全与健康。只有在严格的法律、法规、标准和管理下,才能达到既保证人们健康,又促进现代食品工业长足发展的目的。

| Abstract: | The doing of adding un-food materials to food has undergone a long time, the history is as long as civilization of Man. There has not been probability to change the fact which food additive (FA) have become an important mainstay whatever people hold any viewpoint. FA and processing food are together. It looks like head and neck. FA also used to make untrue and false or bad products. Abuses of FA will be in danger of health and safety of people. FA will not only keep people health but also bring about a great advance in modern food industry unless it is limited of rigorous laws and rules and standards and management. |
