齿轮动力互研法研磨率的分析

摘    要:影响齿轮动力互研研磨率的因素有多种。齿面诱导法曲率和滑动系数的改变是重要的影响因素。由于采用了变更中心距的方法以及与定中心距的工艺不同,齿面研磨率的一致性得到明显的改善,特别是大齿轮上更是如此。的程度可以用文中提出的综合指标进行度量。

Abstract:The abrasion rate of gears is affected by many factors in the dynamic mutual abrasion proces. Changes of the induced normal curvature and the relative sliding coefficient of gears are the important factors. As the method of center distance varing was adopted and the technologe was differ from the condition of center distance constant, the gear concordance of abrasion rate on the tooth face of gears was improved obviously especially in the big gear. The degree of improvement can be measured with comprehensive index provided here.
