B/Pb复合材料组织与力学性能的研究

摘    要:以含硼相和铅为主要组元,进行成分和结构设计,制备出兼有中子和γ射线屏蔽特性及一定力学承载能力的集屏蔽/结构一体化的核屏蔽材料。通过组织形貌分析和力学性能分析,研究含硼相的弥散细化与调控方法,以及含硼相的比例、形态和分布对材料强度和塑性的影响规律,得出了进一步提高材料强度和塑性的方法和技术途径。

Abstract:Constituents and structure are designed with B phase and Pb as the main elements.The materials with shielded/ structural integrated nuclear shielding are prepared,which have the capacities of neutron/gamma-ray shielding and the mechanical bearing.Through morphology and mechanical properties analysis,the diffusing refinement and control methods of B phase are studied.Laws about the effect of ratio,morphology and distribution of the B phase on strength and ductility of the shielded/structural integration materials are researched.The ways to enhance strength and ductility of the shielded/structural integration materials are further founded.
