| Abstract: | Water resources, water environment and water disasters as three aspects that should be correctly and properly considered and treated in urban water supply and sewerage planning are elaborated. Author points out that proper water resources distribution, good water quality environment and effective prevention of flood can be acquired through scientific planning, proper redistribution and comprehensive treatment measures. |
