碱金属掺杂纳米TiO2的制备及其光催化性能

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂K^+或Cs^+的纳米TiO2催化剂。以甲基橙为目标降解物,研究了K^+或Cs^+的掺杂量对纳米TiO2光催化活性的影响,讨论了催化剂加入量以及催化降解时间对甲基橙降解效果的影响。结果表明,适量掺杂K^+能够提高TiO2的光催化活性,最佳掺杂量(摩尔分数)为1%;掺杂Cs^+只会降低TiO2的光催化活性。对浓度为20mg/L的甲基橙溶液进行催化降解,催化剂K^+-TiO2(K^+掺杂量1%)最佳用量为2g/L,降解时间60min,甲基橙的降解率可达98%。

Abstract:The potassium - or cesium - doped TiO2 nanoparticle catalysts were prepared by the sol - gel method. The influences of the doping content of K^+ or Cs^+ on photocatalytie activities of the prepared catalysts, and the amounts of the catalyst and the degradation time on the degradation effects of methyl orange were discussed. The results showed that the suitable K^+ - doping amount could promote the photocatalytie activity of TiO2 and the optimum K^+ - doping amount was 1% ( mol), and the Cs^+ - doping could only reduced the photocatalytic activity of TiO2. The degradation rate of methyl orange with original concentration 20 mg/L could be up to 98% under the optimum condition: the amounts of 1% K^+ - TiO2 2 g/L and the degradation time 60 min.
