连铸事故水系统优化与改进

介绍了板坯连铸事故水系统构成及设计上存在的缺陷,分析了缺陷产生原因,结合生产实际对其下水阀门控制方式进行优化,并针对北方冬季气温低的问题对事故水管道进行改进,消除了由于下水阀门问题或冬季管道水结冰的问题给事故水系统带来的影响。

Optimization of Emergency Water System for Continuous Casting and Improvement of System

The structures of emergency water system for the slab continuous casting and its drawbacks in design were introduced and the reasons why there were drawbacks in design were also analyzed. According to the operations of the system on site the control mode for the outlet valve was optimized. Considering the trouble of low temperature in winter in the northern part of China, the pipelines for the emergency water were mended. And therefore the troubles such as water freezing in pipeline and water blocking of the outlet valve were shot without influencing the operation of the system.
