摘    要:为了研究回火温度、析出相对含Mo-V-Ti钢组织与性能的影响,试验采用550 mm轧机对含Mo-V-Ti钢轧制后进行完全淬火,然后在630~710℃不同的温度下进行回火。结果表明,高温回火后,钢的组织由回火索氏体和少量贝氏体组成,组织中发生回复和再结晶,钢的强韧性匹配发生变化。在670℃以下回火时产生的析出相主要为Ti、V和Mo复合的碳氮化合物和V、Mo复合的碳氮化合物,随着回火温度的提高,产生了新的析出相Fe、Mn和Mo及V合金渗碳体,析出相对钢的强韧性有重要影响。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of the tempering temperature and the precipitated phase on the microstructures and properties of the Mo-V-Ti steel, the Mo-V-Ti steel was quenched completely after finishing the rolling of the steel by the 550 mm rolling mill and then it was tempered at different temperatures from 630 ℃ to 710 ℃. After that the testing for the steel was done. The testing results show that the microstructure of the steel was composed of tempered sorbite and small amount of bainite after the high temperature tempering. And what's more there occurred the reversion and recrystallization in the microstructure, which promotes the changes of the strength to roughness matching. While the steel was tempered under the temperature of 670 ℃, the resultant precipitated phase was mainly composed of Ti-V-Mo carbonitride and V-Mo carbonitride under 670℃. As the tempering temperature increases, the new precipitated phase was formed which was composed of Fe-Mn-Mo-V alloyed cementite, which indicates that the precipitated phase made a great difference to the strength and toughness of the steel.
