膜法脱除模拟烟气中CO_2的实验研究

摘    要:以一乙醇胺(MEA)和三乙醇胺(TEA)为吸收液,主要考察了气体流量、吸收液流量、MEA/TEA混合比,以及吸收液浓度对膜吸收法脱除CO_2的脱除率的影响.实验结果表明,脱除率随模拟烟气流量的增加而减小,随吸收液流量的增加而增大;MEA的CO_2脱除率比TEA的CO_2脱除率高;两种溶液混合后,二者没有相互影响,混合吸收液的CO_2脱除率介于二者之间.

Abstract:Monoethanolamine(MEA) and triethanolamine(TEA) are chosen as the absorbents,the CO2 removal efficiency is influenced by gas flow,absorbents flow,the ratio of MEA and TEA and the concentration of absorbent.The result shows that the removal efficiency decreases while the gas flow increases and it rises while the absorbents flow increases.Compared with TEA,MEA has a higher CO2 removal efficiency.MEA and TEA may not react with each other when they are mixed;besides,the CO2 removal efficiency of mixed absorbent is between the value of CO2 removal efficiency when they are used respectively.
