工业园区智能能源管控平台的设计与应用

摘    要:能源管控是工业园区实现整体节能减排的必要手段.以上海电气临港重装备产业园区为对象,采用先进信息技术,建立了从园区能源供应到企业终端用能的智能能源管控平台,在实现能源数据在线监测和统计的同时,引入企业生产优化调度技术和园区供能协调机制.

Abstract:Energy management and control is a necessary means of realizing the energy saving and emission reduction of the whole industrial park.The Shanghai Electric Lingang Heavy Machinery Industrial Park is taken as the study object,the advanced information technology is used,and the intelligent energy management and control platform from the energy supply of the park to the energy user of the enterprises is established.The energy data is online monitored and counted.At the same time,the production scheduling optimization technology of the enterprises and the energy supply coordination mechanism of the park are introduced into the platform.
