摘    要:围绕"电工技能实训"教学目标,合理科学地进行各教学环节设计,充分调动学生参与的积极性,学生通过一个个技能点的掌握,使学生在学习过程中有获得感,大大激发了学生学习的兴趣。在实践环节中导入任务指导书和"6S"现场管理体系,全面提升学生的电工操作职业能力和素养,以适应实际工作岗位的需要。

Abstract:According to the teaching objectives of ″practical training of electrotechnics″, every teaching process is designed scientifically and reasonably to increase the students′engagement .Mastery of new knowledge provides students with a sense of accomplishment and stimulates their learning interest as well . By using a concept of ″6S″management system and the operation instruction during the training process , the students′vocational abilities and qualities are improved to meet the requirements in their future electrician works.
