摘    要:以某厂动调轴流引风机为研究对象,介绍了一起因液压缸故障引起机组跳闸的事故,并分析了故障原因,主要有两点:动叶指令函数死区过大;RB保护动作无法触发.针对以上原因,提出了一种对风机状态参数信号进行综合判断的优化方案,对引风机的故障进行融合处理,并触发引风机跳闸,再通过RB保护动作,从而有效避免了机组主燃料跳闸,提高了机组安全运行性能.

Abstract:Induced draft fan of some power plant is taken as a research object,and an accident of unit trip with fault of hydraulic actuator is introduced.By means of analysis,it is discovered that there are two main causes for the fault:oversized instruction function dead of rotating blades and RB protection is not triggered.Relevant optimization researches are adopted in allusion to the above causes.It makes fusion process for the fault of the induced draft fan,and triggers trip of the induced draft fan through movement of RB protection.Accordingly,it effectively prevents the unit MFT and improves the safe operation of unit performance.
