鞍钢鲅鱼圈高炉低成本喷煤研究与生产实践

摘    要:在分析了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司目前使用烟煤性能的基础上,应用数学优化方法进行喷吹煤粉中高比例烟煤配入研究,并对优化后配煤方案的燃烧性能、输送速度以及理论置换比进行了分析,得出高比例烟煤配煤喷吹具有可行性,确定了最优化的配煤方案,并开展工业化试喷吹,试验期间2座高炉整体稳定顺行,1号和2号高炉均取得了提高喷煤比3.86 kg/t和1.89 kg/t、降低燃料比6.14 kg/t和5.39 kg/t的良好效果。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the properties of bituminous coal used currently in Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the study on adding bituminous coal with high proportion into the pulverized coal for injection was made by the mathematical optimization method. At the same time the combustibility, transportation speed and theoretical replacement ratio of the bituminous coal used for the optimized coal blending scheme were analyzed. After that it is concluded that it is feasible to inject pulverized coal with high proportion of bituminous coal into a blast furnace. Therefore the optimized coal blending scheme was established. Then the industrial test of injection of pulverized coal with high proportion of bituminous coal was carried out. As a whole the two blast furnaces of No.1 BF and No.2 BF were operating smoothly during the test. Their PCIs increased by 3.86 kg/t and 1.89 kg/t respectively with good results while their fuel ratios decreased by 6.14 kg/t and 5.39 kg/t respectively.
