煅烧与球磨相结合试制石英纳米粉的研究

摘    要:选用天然高纯石英为实验材料,根据高温煅烧使石英破碎裂解的原理,按照设定的升温速率、保温温度、保温时间、降温速率进行高温煅烧,然后将煅烧过的石英熟料在行星式球磨机中研磨,制得最大粒径为126nm、最小粒径为12nm、平均粒径为43nm的石英纳米粉。

Abstract:Based on the principle of high-temperature sintering resulted in the pulverization of quartz,at pre-given process parameters such heating-up rate,the temperature of heat preservation,soaking time and heating-down rate,natural quartz samples with high purity were sintered at high-temperature,and then milled in planetary ball mills,the nano-sized quartz powders with average particle size of 43nm were obtained.
