塑件熔接缝形成的理论研究

摘    要:在分析注塑成型中熔接缝形成过程的基础上 ,建立了熔接缝形成的模型 ,在充模阶段 ,利用前沿区喷泉流动的概念 ,建立“喷泉遭遇流”模型 ,在冷却阶段 ,利用分子扩散的理论 ,建立了熔接区弱连接模型。分析了熔接缝的三大特点(弱连接、垂直取向和表面V型槽)的形成过程 ,指出了垂直取向是在充模过程中产生的 ,弱连接、表面V型槽是在冷却阶段形成的。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of the forming process of the fusion seam in the injection cycle, a model of the fusion seam formation was built up. At the filling stage, with the concept of the fountain flow at the foreland, the "fountain encounter flow" model was built. And by the molecular diffusion theory, the model of weak connection at the fusion area was built. After the analysis of the forming processes of the three big properties (weak connection, vertical orientation and V-shaped surface slot) of the fusion seam, it was pointed out that the vertical orientation occurring in the filling process, and the weak connection and the V-shaped surface slot forming at the cooling stage.
