天然气/空气/焦炉煤气自动混合系统设计与实施

摘    要:通过天然气与空气混合,补充到焦炉煤气管网,起到焦炉煤气充足时少用天然气,焦炉煤气不足时使用天然气的自动调节机制,达到节约能源和降低成本的目的;并对混入空气的混合燃气爆炸风险进行论证。实践证明该系统安全可靠,可供类似企业能源管理提供参考。

Abstract:Supply the mixed fuel gas (natural gas & air) to the pipeline of coke-oven gas. So the automatic regulatory system can be formed. The use of natural gas can be decreased when coke-oven gas is sufficient. On the contrary, the natural gas can be supplied when coke-even gas is insufficient. In addition, the explosive risk of the mixed fuel gas with air is discussed. It is proved that this system is safe and reliable. And it can be applied in the energy management of enterprise.
