| 摘 要： | 建立了黑河中游地区节水措施的节水效果评价体系，运用模糊层次分析法确定权重，并采用线性模型对节水效果进行评价研究，按照评价的结果，对现有节水灌溉措施提出建议。

| Abstract: | Effect appraisal system of water saving measures in Heihe middle reaches area is established in this paper, the weights are determined using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and the water saving effect is appraised using the linear mode, then according to the appraisal results, the proposals to the existing water saving irrigation measure are put forward. |
