| 摘 要： | 在分析精密涂层机张力产生的原因和控制方式的基础上,设计出了以西门子S7-313-2DP PLC为控制器、变频器为拖动的精密涂层机的恒张力控制系统,给出了硬件组态和软件设计。实际生产证明,恒张力控制系统设计合理,可靠性高,实用性强。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on an analysis of the reason and control system of tension produced by a precision coating machine, designs a constant tension control system of precision coating machine using Siemens S7-313-2DP PLC as control and inverter as its driver, and presents hardware configuration and software design. The result shows that the constant tension control system design is quite reliable and practical. |
