| 摘 要： | 对某款家用食品粉碎机进行了噪声水平及振动测试。通过对振动信号进行频谱分析、噪声自功率谱和1／3倍频程分析以及噪声与壳体振动相关性分析，得出结论是主要噪声源为机壳受电机激发振动而产生的噪声，从而为该款机器的改进设计奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on a test of noise and vibration of a home pulverizer, draws a conclusion that the major noise source is the result of the frame vibration excited by the revolution of the electric motor, through the analysis of vibration signal frequency, the self-power spectrum, one third octave, and correlation about the noise and the frame vibration, which lays the foundation of design improve- ment of the home pulverizer. |
