| 摘 要： | 通过对ERP与CRM系统技术架构的介绍,阐述了两者传统集成方法的技术模式及局限性,提出了采用基于J2EE架构下JMS机制的新的集成模式,并指出其关键技术,使ERP与CRM系统的数据实现同步更新,初步实现了2个系统的无缝集成。

| Abstract: | Technical frames of ERP and CRM are introduced. Technical models and limitations of the traditional integration of the two systems are discussed. A new model with JMS mechanism based on J2EE framework is presented. Its key techniques are pointed out. This model can synchronize the data of CRM and ERP to realize the seamless integration of the two systems. |
