| 摘 要： | 投资公司进行项目后评价是投资公司投资效益的要求。根据投资公司资本经营的特点，总结了投资公司项目后评价的要求。提供了两个项目周期；传统的项目周期和新的实用的项目周期，并且讨论了建立一个实用的项目周期对建立一个更实际的项目后评价模型必要性。另外分析了项目后评价与投资公司各种管理活动的关系和相互作用。在分析和讨论的基础上，提出了项目后评价的模型。

| Abstract: | It is in need of post-appraisal for investment companies to raise investing efficiencies. The characteristics of capital operating in the investment companies are analyzed,the re- quirements of post-appraisal of investing projects are summarized.Two different project cy- cles are provided:conventional project cycle and a new practicable one.The necessity of es- tablishing a new practicable project cycle for establishing a practicable project post-appraisal framework is discussed.The relationship and interaction between post-appraisal and project management as well as management environment are also analyzed.As a result,a post-ap- praisal model is proposed. |
