Abstract:The frequent low-frequency oscillation of the torque controller not only affects the normal operation of the power system and does great harm to the relevant system equipment,but the rapid change of power system parameters also increases the control difficulty of low-frequency oscillation to a certain extent. Therefore,a low-frequency oscillation control method for the torque controller in the power system is proposed in this paper. The state space model equation of the system is constructed according to the network voltage signal,the particle set is processed through initialization and resampling,the signal noise is removed according to the particle optimal state estimation,the signal sequence is obtained based on the DQ axis model and network voltage flow,and the lowfrequency oscillation mode is identified. The converter model in the DQ coordinates is constructed by using grid side voltage,fundamental current component and input voltage. The lowfrequency oscillation controller is obtained by selecting controller state variables,designing sensitivity test strategy and formulating weighted function extraction conditions. In the simulation experiment stage,through the grid voltage waveform of the generator,the voltage and current waveform of the AC side of the converter and the voltage waveform of intermediate DC circuit,it is verified that the proposed method can better control the phenomenon of low-frequency oscillation and effectively suppress the influence of the number of generators.
