Research on the Countermeasures of Informatization Construction of Unit Archives Management

Archives are the precious resource wealth of public institutions. They highlight their unique value in promoting the all-round development of public institutions. In view of the current situation of archives management, public institutions promote the construction of archives management informatization, and enhance the effective management of archives information of public institutions with the role of advanced technologies such as big data technology, cloud computing and logistics network. In this regard, this paper analyzes the advantages of archives management informatization from the aspects of archives query, use advantages and archives information storage, analyzes the value of archives management informatization construction from the two dimensions of management transformation of archives resources and informatization construction of public institutions, discusses the practical difficulties of archives management informatization construction, and improves the cognition of digitization and informatization of archives management. This paper puts forward the Countermeasures of archives management informatization construction of the unit from the four dimensions of constructing archives management network platform, perfecting archives management informatization operation system and improving managers’ archives information management ability.
