摘    要:随着全球工业领域与制造业的信息化与智能化发展,迫切需要实现对工业领域制造业设备的智能化联网与控制,目前没有统一的协议标准来实现工业互联网的全网连通与设备管理。基于上述背景,开展时间敏感型网络TSN和统一软件架构跨平台模型应用OPCUA的联合研究,研究两者实现工业互联网与以太网上层的互联互通和相关信息模型架构的标准规范,以及对计算机智能控制的PLC应用,对工业领域智能化信息化产业发展提供一些借鉴。

Abstract:With the development of information and intelligence in the global industrial field and manufacturing industry,it is urgent to realize the intelligent networking and control of manufacturing equipment in the industrial fi eld,at present,there is no unifi ed protocol standard to realize the whole network connectivity and equipment management of industrial Internet.Based on the above background,carry out joint research on time sensitive network TSN and unifi ed software architecture cross platform model application OPCUA,studies the standards and specifi cations for realizing the interconnection between the upper layer of industrial Internet and Ethernet and the architecture of relevant information model,as well as the PLC application of computer intelligent control,provides some reference for the development of intelligent and information industry in the industrial fi eld.
