| 摘 要： | 魔芋葡甘露聚糖是(Konjac glucomannan,KGM)是魔芋的主要化学成分,现代药理研究表明KGM有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血糖、对胃肠功能的调节等作用。本文从KGM的药理作用机制方面进行概述,旨在为KGM作为药品和保健品研发提供参考。

| Abstract: | Konjac glucomannan(KGM)is the main chemical component in Amorphophallus konjac.Modern pharmacological research shows that KGM has the functions of immunoregulation,anti-tumor,lowering blood sugar and regulating gastrointestinal function.We summarize the pharmacological mechanism of KGM in order to provide reference for the research and development of KGM as medicine and health care products. |
