摘    要:目前现场一般采用PLT测试分析合采井各层的采出情况,但测试成本高,持续获取较困难。利用相渗曲线回归公式结合Buckley-Leveret方程、水相分流量方程建立了两相渗流产量计算公式,并分见水前后两种情况进行合采井产量劈分计算;为减小误差,借鉴数值模拟处理思路,通过修正渗流参数拟合PLT测试数据以提高劈分结果准确性,形成了一种基于历史生产数据的产量劈分新方法。W1油田W1-8井应用结果表明,新方法产量劈分结果与现场测试资料劈分结果基本一致,并且与数值模拟法劈分结果接近(误差小于5%)。新方法适用于压力资料丰富、有产出剖面测试资料的边水驱油藏,可代替数值模拟用于快速获取合采井劈分产量以指导现场油井动态跟踪等分析工作,为边水驱油藏合采井产量劈分提供了一种新的技术手段。

Abstract:At present,the production logging tool(PLT)is generally used on location to analyze the oil recovery in each layer of the commingled production well,but the PLT cost is high and it is difficult to obtain data continuously from such test.The regression equation of relative permeability curve is used in combination with the Buckley-Leveret equation and water fractional flow equation to establish the production calculation equation of two-phase seepage flow.The production splitting for commingled production well is calculated in two cases before and after water breakthrough;In order to minimize the error and inspired by the idea of numerical simulation,a new production splitting method based on historical production data is developed by fitting the tested PLT data with the modified seepage parameters to improve the accuracy of production splitting results.The case study of Well W1-8 in W1 Oilfield indicates that the production splitting result of the new method are basically consistent with that of field test data,and are close to that of numerical simulation method(the error is less than 5%).The new method is applicable to the edge-water drive reservoirs with abundant pressure data and producing profile test data,and can be used instead of numerical simulation to quickly obtain the split production of commingled production well,so as to better monitor and analyze the well performance.Undoubtedly,it provides a new technical approach to split the production of commingled production wells in edge-water drive reservoirs.
