辅助动力装置超转保护系统的设计

摘    要:针对现有目前辅助动力装置的超转保护功能的不足,本文提出了一种基于CPLD的超转保护系统的设计方法,并在某辅助动力装置的超转保护中得到成功应用。应用结果表明,该超转保护系统可以预防断齿、断轴、剃齿等故障的发现。有效的保护辅助动力装置,延长辅助动力装置寿命,防止重大事故发生,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:In order to improve the Over-speed Protection Controller of the Auxiliary Power Unit, a new design method based on CPLD is proposed in this paper, and has been successfully applied in the Over-speed Protection System of Auxiliary Power Unit. The application results show that the Over-speed Protection System can prevent the occurrence of faults, effectively protect the Auxiliary Power Unit, prolong the service life of the an Auxiliary Power Unit prevent the occurrence of serious accidents, and has significant social and economic benefits.
