| 摘 要： | 蝙蝠葛碱是由北豆根(蝙蝠葛)藤茎经提取分离而得的双苄基四氢异喹啉类生物碱.其具有相当广泛的药理学作用,主要具有抗肿瘤、抗心律失常、抗脑部缺血再灌注、抗心肌肥厚、消炎止痛及抗菌、抗阿尔茨海默病、抗血小板堆积、降血压、舒张平滑肌等作用.本文对蝙蝠葛碱的各项药理作用进行综述,以期为蝙蝠葛碱在临床治疗方面的深入研究提供一定的理...

| Abstract: | Dauricine is a kind of bibenzyl tetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloid obtained by artificial extraction and separation from Menispermum dauricum.It has fairly broad pharmacological effects,including anti-tumor,anti-arrhythmia,anti-cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,anti-myocardial hypertrophy,anti-bacterial,anti-Alzheimer's disease,anti-platelet aggregation,anti-hypertensive,relaxing smooth muscle,and others.The pharmacological effects of dauricine are reviewed in this paper,in order to provide some theoretical reference for the further clinical study. |
