摘    要:针对目前国内外对凝析水结垢规律认识不清的问题,采用自研的高温高压凝析水结垢量测试实验装置,通过正交实验方法,测试了高温高压条件下凝析水发生结垢反应前后成垢离子含量变化,研究了地层条件下凝析水离子变化规律以及CO2对凝析水结垢的影响.实验结果表明:凝析水的蒸发导致凝析水中离子含量总体上升,随温度升高,非成垢离子含量升高,...

Abstract:At present,since the scaling law of condensate water is still a confused understanding in China and the World,the change law of ions in condensate water under subsurface formation condition and the effect of CO2on condensate water scaling are studied in this paper.The experiment is carried out in a self-developed high temperature and high pressure(HTHP)condensate water scaling apparatus,and the orthogonal experimental method is used to test the content change of scaling ions in condensate water before and after the scaling reaction under HTHP condition.The experiment results show that The evaporation of condensate water leads to the overall increase of ion content in the condensate water.With the increase of temperature,the content of non-scaling ions increases,and the content of scaling ions only starts to decrease when the scale precipitates.Scales in condensate water are mainly the CaCO3scale and CaSO4scale.The experiment result is consistent with the results of whole rock analysis of actual scale samples taking from the wellbore;With the decrease of pressure,the evaporation of water intensifies,the content of scaling ion increases,the dissolved CO2in water escapes,its partial pressure decreases,and CaCO3scales can be easily generated;there is a critical value for the effect of CO2on the generation of CaCO3scales,but no critical value for the effect of CO2on the generation of CaSO4scales.The study results provide a support for analysis of the scaling law of condensate water in the well onsite and optimization of anti-scaling and descaling techniques.
