一种换能控制装置动力性能的试验研究

摘    要:为了研究隔震换能控制装置的动力性能,对本文设计制作的一套原型装置进行试验研究,主要是讨论了隔震换能控制装置对控制信号的响应速度,从控制系统的瞬态响应指标考查装置的动力性能。通过阶跃信号和方波信号的响应分析得到,装置压力和出力的上升时间都在38ms左右,最大超调量在2-5%,并且装置具有很强的信号跟踪能力,反应快,稳态值平稳。试验研究表明,隔震换能控制装置具有反应迅速,出力可调,位移可调等特点,从根本要求上满足结构振动控制所需的出力大,位移大,反应快等要求。

Abstract:In structural control,semi-active control with characteristics of low consuming and rapid response is paid attention to by researchers at the present time.The control device for energy transform and vibration control can be a semi-active one possessing characteristics of great control force,big response displacement and high energy dissipation.Here,a control device for vibration isolation and energy transform is designed and tested,its dynamic performance is discussed according to its transient response indeces.The results show that its response velocity is rapid,its steady state error is small,and it meets requirements of structural control.
