摘    要:详尽介绍了蒲石河水泵水轮机组的工作方式及特点。介绍了水泵水轮机蜗壳座环在泵工况及水轮机工况的水力特性,通过强度计算确定尾水管结构的设计原理及按照ASME锅炉及压力容器规范对尾水管上所有开孔采取补强措施后有效补强面积的计算方法,对相近电站的设计具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:This paper introduces the working manner and characteristics of hydraulic tur- bine sets of Pushi River pump in detail. The hydraulic characteristics of spiral casing base ring in pump mode and hydraulic turbine mode are also described. It has some reference value in similar power plants design after the design principle of draft tube was determined by strength calculation and the calculation method of effective reinforcement area was determined according to specifications of ASME boiler and pressure vessel by adopting reinforcement measures on all openings of draft tube.
